Track Flying

She's flyin' around the track again!

Thanks again to the parent who brings his super-amped camera to the high school track meet, and then tags them to his track daughter's facebook! This is Cassie running anchor on the girls 4x400 relay. Not only did they take first in the event, they set a new PR by 10 seconds!

Here is Cassie running the 800 individual. She kicked into another gear in the last 200 to go and won this event, setting another PR by 10 seconds!

Hand off from Maggie to Cassie. They need to work on this a little more. That will kill another 2-4 seconds. : )

Here's the take-off!
What a gorgeous afternoon it was for track flying.
