Happy New Year 2007!

Colin & Craig have spent days & hours since Christmas morning building Legos. They finally assembled a Lego crane to help with future construction projects. This just shows the Legos Santa brought THIS year!

Another Christmas season comes to a close & we face a New Year with big changes ahead including a new home in Oregon for Darth Tater & company.

New Year... new hair!

Bon voyage to Chris as he drives up the I-5 to Portland. We'll be counting the days to be together again with you in Oregon.

A few other side notes:

We had a great trip to Arizona! It was wonderful to be with the Brady's & see Heather married. She was so calm & beautiful on her wedding day. We also got to see the Richardson's (more friends from SA that moved to Mesa) at the wedding & reception. Their kids are so grown up! Jens & Kristin were also in Mesa at the same time visiting family. We were able to catch up with them for lunch & visit at the reception. Jens & Chris did a 50 mile ride through Fountain Hills & McDowell state park while Christine & Kristin went to the hair salon. Kristin's sister Kaci is a hair stylist in Scottsdale & treated us to an awesome hair experience in her salon. We spent a day out in Goodyear visiting our wonderful friends Lee & Melissa Holt & their boys. They just built a really nice home & were so kind to let us stay with them. The kids played lots of basketball & rode scooters together. We took the scenic drive back to CA & stopped in at Bob & Mel's Ranch in Ramona on our way home. Bob treated us to a delicious dinner at a local hot spot. Jordan & Jane were still in town so we did some catching up on all the college action. Everyone looked great & seemed very happy! So, now we are home busy packing up Chris to leave for Oregon. Kristin & her kids are going to stay with us a few more days on their way back to San Jose. We will party & mess up the house in Chris' absence. Feel free to call Christine a lot the next few weeks as she will be lonely. Also know this is your last chance to come visit her while she lives in sunny California. (no packing or moving involved!)
