Just over Bob's backyard fence is this rock & view of the valley. Everyday, I noticed this dessert squirrel sunning him/herself for hours. I wonder if the squirrel was thinking, "now, this is the life!"

The hills are quilted with these patches of purple
These will make anyone a fan of pink!
...and orange.
...and gold.
The morning we left, fog blanketed the valley floor.
