Yesterday, Milgard held a webinar to present their 2008 plant & leadership excellence awards. For the 2nd year in a row, Chris was named Plant Manager of the Year!!!!!

• #1 on IG UPEH, and #2 on Vinyl UPEH
• #2 on GAP
• #2 on Safety
• Leadership with Ops Council on Kaizen Events
• Hosted MLK Events in Portland (at first, I thought this had to do with Martin Luther King...but it doesn't. : ))) It's something to do with model line.)
The Portland plant was awarded the Continuous Improvement location of the year while Location of the Year went to the Phoenix plant.
Congrats Chris! You are "clearly the BEST!"

2nd in Gap and Safety??? C'mon Beecher....what s wrong with you? You could not go for the royal sweep? Tell your boys to keep those goggles on next time inspection comes around so you can move up to #1. BTW - Congrats on Manager of the year...you the "Man" -a-ger.
