Tigers Pounce Pioneers

Craig's Newberg Tigers beat up on the winless Oregon City Pioneers last Saturday, 32-12. The Tigers quickly put up 32 unanswered points on the board forcing the coaches to shuffle players the majority of the game. In this league, if you beat your opponent by more than 35 points, you pay a $200 fine (it may be higher, I can't remember). So, Craig played on the sidelines & a little on the defense the 2nd half. In the picture above, Craig is to the right of the ref ready to take the hand-off.

Here he is running up right behind the QB to take the hand-off, but I believe on this attempt, the snap was fumbled. This coming weekend, the Tigers will wrap up the regular season challenging the undefeated Tualatin Wolves here in Newberg at CV Middle School. It's a BIG GAME! GO TIGERS!!!!
This is Colin's football practice/game buddy Haley. They are both in kindergarten this year, but attend different schools. Haley's brother Brandon plays on Craig's team, and her mom works at Milgard with Chris.
